Q: Where are you located?
A: 24 Changebridge Road, Montville Nj. 

Q:When does my membership start?
A: Your membership starts on the day of purchase. We have constant open enrollment. If you do not want your membership to start on day of purchase please contact us and we will help you set up a future start date.

Q: How long is a membership valid for?
A: Unless otherwise specified all memberships are monthly & valid for 30 days, starting from day of purchase.

Q: Can I share a membership package among my children?
A: No.Each athlete is required to have their own active membership.

Q: Will my membership automatically renew?
A: Yes. Your monthly membership will automatically renew each month on the date of signup and you will be charged unless you cancel your membership. 

Q: What if I attend a session but haven't purchased a membership. 
A: If you do not have a current membership you will be charged the current drop in fee. Membership rates do not apply unless it is purchased prior to arrival. 

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Please contact us directly by phone or email prior to the next billing date.
